I can't pretend to know everything about gluten free vegan cooking. It's been a steep learning process for me. I know I am a good home cook, it's now a case of adapting and yes, learning. For instance, for the life of me I'm finding it absolutely impossible to make any gluten free bread that is edible. Use as a weapon? Oh yes - I could down someone at 50 paces with a well aimed baked boulder. It's driving me nuts as I've always been a successful baker up to now. I will do it, I will!
